Write an Offer That Sells preview

Write an Offer That Sells

Before you build a product, you need an Offer—the words that make people want it. In this hands-on workshop, you'll write yours.

If you want to build a product customers love, your first step should be writing—not building.

Most founders pour months into building something beautiful—only to discover nobody wants it.

The truth is, businesses aren't built on products. They're built on the idea of what your product will do for someone's life. That's your Offer—the words that get someone to line up and pay top dollar for a product they haven't even experienced yet.

When you start with your offer, you test your idea with words before you waste months building. It's fun and creative work—part poetry, part puzzle. And when it works? You have a message that sells, a north star your team can build toward, and the confidence that what you're making actually matters to someone.

Come to my Offer writing workshop and learn to write yours.

  • Learn the Blueprint: The psychology, structure, writing, and editing process behind offers that turn strangers into customers.
  • Write Yours Live: Build your Offer first draft in real time with expert guidance and feedback from your teacher and fellow students.

Who This Is For

Founders, entrepreneurs, or anyone exploring ideas for products that solve problems—especially software. You'll leave with a first draft and a process you can keep using.

Your Guide

I'm Walt. I got my start in Silicon Valley startups. These days I use offer writing as the foundation of everything I launch—it's how I give my projects clarity, validate ideas and land first customers. I've used this process to help companies across different industries turn ideas into offers that actually convert.

"Walt provided actionable, real-world examples ready for market testing immediately. The course was logically structured and easy to follow. He was very patient and always available to answer questions. I gained a lot of practical skills in market testing and validation, highly recommend!" - Bonny, past workshop attendee

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a business idea to attend? +

It's up to you. If you have an idea and want to bring it feel free, otherwise I'll have some business ideas you can use instead.

Why wouldn't I just use AI to write my offer? +

I do use AI in the process, but it works best as an editor, not an author. Your offer is the essence of your idea—it has to come from you because you're the one who needs to deliver on it. AI can help with wording and editing, but it doesn't do a good job at writing it.

What will I leave with? +

A first draft of your offer and a process to refine and test it with real customers.
